860.99 PENALTY.

Whoever violates or fails to comply with this chapter, for which no penalty is otherwise provided, including the provisions of the International Building Code and the International Residential Code adopted in Section 1421.01 of the City's Code of Ordinances, shall be fined not more than two hundred dollars ($200.00). A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation or noncompliance occurs or continues.
