1620.06 SEPARABILITY.

Should any section, paragraph, sentence or word of this chapter or of the Life Safety Code hereby adopted be declared for any reason to be invalid, it is the intent of Council that it would have passed all other portions of the same independent of the elimination therefrom of any such portion as may be declared invalid.
