1610.02 ENFORCEMENT.

   The Uniform Fire Code shall be enforced by the City Inspector and by the Fire Prevention Bureau in the Fire Division of the City, which Bureau is established in Section 242.06 of Part Two - the Administration Code, and which Bureau shall be operated under the supervision of the Chief of the Fire Division.

1610.03 JURISDICTION.

   As used in the Uniform Fire Code, as adopted in Section 1610.01, "jurisdiction" means the City and "jurisdictional area" means the corporate limits of the City and the unincorporated area two miles beyond and adjacent to the corporate boundaries.

1610.04 STORAGE LIMITS FOR FLAMMABLE OR COMBUSTIBLE LIQUIDS.

   The limits referred to in Sections 7902.2.2.1 and 7904.2.5.4.2 of the Uniform Fire Code, 1997 edition, in which the storage of flammable or combustible liquids is restricted, are hereby established as follows:

   The entire jurisdictional area, except for the areas zoned M-1 Light Manufacturing and Industrial, M-1(s) Light Manufacturing and Industrial Park and M-2 Heavy Manufacturing and Industrial.
