1496.99 PENALTY.

Whoever violates or fails to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter, for which no penalty is otherwise provided, including the provisions of the Uniform Mechanical Code adopted in Section 1496.01, shall be fined not more than two hundred dollars ($200.00). A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation or noncompliance occurs or continues.
