1444.09 VIOLATIONS; SEPARATE OFFENSES.

A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation of or noncompliance with any of the provisions of this chapter occurs or continues after an appropriate written notice has been served upon the offender by the City Inspector.
