1440.99 GENERAL CODE PENALTY.

Whoever violates or fails to comply with any of the provisions of this Title Four - Plumbing Code, for which no penalty is otherwise provided, including the provisions of the International Plumbing Code adopted in Section 1440.01, shall be fined not more than two hundred dollars ($200.00). A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation or noncompliance occurs or continues.
