The mapped flood plain areas within the jurisdiction of this chapter are hereby divided into the Floodway Overlay District (FW) and the Floodway Fringe Overlay District (FF), as identified in the Flood Insurance Study. Within such Districts, all uses not meeting the standards of this chapter and of the underlying zoning district are prohibited. Such Districts shall be consistent with the numbered and unnumbered A Zones as identified on the official Federal Insurance Rate Map when identified in the Flood Insurance Study provided by the Federal Insurance Administration.
