1428.02 REGISTRATION REQUIRED.

No person shall carry on or engage in the occupation of moving of buildings in the City, and in the unincorporated area two males beyond and adjacent to its corporate boundaries, without first being registered therefor and having complied with all of the provisions of this chapter.
