1423.05 CONFLICT OF LAWS.

In the event of a conflict between any of the provisions of the Uniform Code for the Abatement of Dangerous Buildings, as adopted in Section 1423.01, and a provision of these Codified Ordinances or any other local ordinance, resolution, rule or regulation, the latter shall control.
