1423.02 JURISDICTION.

As used in Section 102.2 of the Uniform Code for the Abatement of Dangerous Buildings, as adopted in Section 1423.01, "jurisdiction" means the corporate limits of the City and the unincorporated area two miles beyond and adjacent to the corporate boundaries.
