(a) No carrel shall be constructed closer than 300 feet to any residence. No residence, except a farm-related residence, shall be constructed closer than 300 feet to a corral, including a corral existing at the time of the enactment of this section.
(b) Straw or other similar material shall be used in a corral to eliminate, so far as possible, mud, odor and flies, and a corral shall otherwise be operated and maintained in accordance with all State laws prescribing. sanitation requirements in regard to corrals.
