1280.03 RESIDENCE BUILDINGS,

(a) Number Per Lot. Except as provided in Chapter 1260, not more than one building used for residence purposes shall be located on any lot.

(b) Sleeping Quarters. Permanent sleeping quarters shall not be located or used in any building or structure in an R Zone other than in a main residence building.

(c) Location to Rear of Main Building. No building, designed to provide living or sleeping quarters, or both, shall be located on an interior lot to the rear of the main building which is used for nonresidence purposes.
