1280.01 CONFLICT OF LAWS.
   The requirements and restrictions set forth an this chapter constitute, to the extent that they do not conflict with other provisions of this Zoning Code, additional requirements and restrictions to be met. To the extent that the requirements and restrictions set forth in this chapter conflict with other provisions of this Code, the requirements and restrictions of this chapter constitute exceptions to and modifications of such conflicting provisions. However, no requirement or restriction set forth in this chapter shall be construed to lessen a minimum requirement stated in any other chapter in this Code. No provision of this chapter, except Sections 1280.04 or 1280.08, is applicable to a PBC Zone. Any provision in Section 1280.04 or 1280.08 which conflicts with any provision of Chapter 1256 shall, to the extent of the conflict, constitute exceptions to and modifications of such conflicting provision.
