1268.01 SCOPE OF CHAPTER.

The provisions of this chapter govern the type, location and construction of fences, walls and hedges. Building permits are required for all fences. A conditional use permit issued by the Planning Commission is also required in those circumstances indicated in the Use Chart in Section 1262.03.
