1264.09 SEMIDETACHED DWELLINGS AND BUNGALOW COURTS; SETBACKS.

For purposes of the application of front, side and rear yard setbacks, a semidetached (two-family) dwelling or a bungalow court is considered to be one building occupying one lot.
