Any mobile home park which is physically in existence on the original passage date of this chapter (Ordinance 1049, passed February 26, 1985), but which does not comply with all applicable provisions of this chapter, shall be considered a nonconforming mobile home park. Such nonconforming mobile home park shall conform to Chapter 1278 and to Sections 1252.17 et seq. Any land area added to a nonconforming mobile home park shall conform to all requirements of this chapter.
