(a) The person to whom a license to establish, maintain and operate a mobile home park has been issued by the Nebraska Department of Health shall comply, and shall effect compliance by all mobile home park residents and their guests and invitees, with all of the requirements of this chapter.
(b) If it appears to the City Manager that the holder of a license to establish, maintain and operate a mobile home park is violating any of the provisions of this chapter, the City Manager shall notify such holder, in writing, to cease and desist from such violation within a reasonable period of time to be specified in the notice.
