1252.08 SIDEWALKS; OBSTRUCTIONS.

Interior sidewalks shall be of concrete four-inches in thickness and four feet in width. Exterior sidewalks shall comply with the requirements of the ordinances of the City pertaining to public sidewalks. No sidewalk shall be obstructed by a fence, parked vehicle or otherwise.
