1252.01 APPLICATION OF CHAPTER.

This chapter shall apply to lessees and owners and to agents of owners or lessees of mobile home parks, except where, and to the extent that, the nature of the subject matter or the context is such that a provision clearly is not applicable to lessees or, as the case may be, to agents of owners or lessees of such parks.
