1250.17 AR AGRICULTURAL RESIDENTIAL ZONES.

An AR Agricultural Residential Zone is a zone to provide a transition from agriculture and ranching to low density residential development. In this zone large residential estates with accompanying agricultural uses that do not conflict with residential uses are permitted.
