1250.10 C-1 CENTRAL BUSINESS DISTRICT ZONES.

A C-1 Central Business District Zone is a zone permitting all types of business enterprises, except manufacturing and other industries which are incompatible with a business district, comprised primarily of retail sales and service businesses.
