1248.05 DENIAL OF PETITIONS; REFILING.

If a petition submitted in accordance with Section 1248.01 is denied by Council, the proposal may not be presented again by petition within one year after the date of the filing of the petition that was denied, unless either the Planning Commission or Council gives special permission for such petition to be refiled sooner.
