1248.04 WITHDRAWAL, OF PETITIONS.

A petition filed as provided in Section 1248.01 may be withdrawn with the permission of either the Planning Commission or Council before such body acts on it. However, if public notice of a hearing on the petition is given as provided by statute, such hearing shall be held.
