1246.05 HEARINGS; NOTICE.

The Planning Commission shall promptly set an application for a special permit for a public hearing. The Commission shall give notice of the time, place and purpose of such hearing in the same manner as notice is required to be given by Sections 19-904 and 19-905, Reissue Revised Statutes, 1943. Any person entitled to notice may waive notice of such hearing in writing. Such waiver shall accompany the application.
