Whoever violates or fails to comply with any of the provisions of this Zoning Code shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) for each offense and shall pay the cost of prosecution or be imprisoned in the County Jail for a term not to exceed thirty (30) days for each offense. After the City Manger or, as the case may be, the Chief Building Official, has notified any person, in writing, of a violation, or noncompliance, each day such violation or noncompliance continues shall constitute a separate offense.
