1242.03 ZONING VIOLATIONS PROHIBITION.

No owner, occupant, or user of a building, structure, lot or tract of land shall use or permit use by another of same within the City and its two mile jurisdiction beyond and adjacent to the City boundaries in violation of Title Six of Part Twelve of the Codified Ordinances known as the Sidney Zoning Code.
