1240.01 SHORT TITLE.

This Title Six of Part Twelve of these Codified Ordinances may be known, cited and referred to as the “Sidney Zoning Code” or just the Zoning Code and applies to that area within the City boundaries and to the unincorporated area two miles beyond and adjacent to the City of Sidney corporate boundaries.
