1224.01 SUBMISSION OF PLATS; APPROVAL.

A proposed subdivision of a lot, block or other tract of land shall not be approved by Council unless and until a plat required by these Subdivision Regulations is submitted to the Planning Commission and Council. Approval of such subdivision shall be effected by approval of the plat by Council. However, a proposed subdivision may be approved without a plat as provided in Section 1224.02.
