1220.01 APPLICATION OF REGULATIONS.

These Subdivision Regulations shall be applicable to all lots, tracts of land and parts thereof within the corporate limits of the City and, except as otherwise specified, to all lots, tracts of land and parts thereof outside but within two miles of the corporate limits of the City, but such Regulations shall not be applicable within the corporate limits of any other incorporated city or village.
