1066.02 ESTABLISHMENT AND CONTINUATION; PROPER NAME.

The public library and reading room now existing in the City is hereby established and continued as a public library and reading room which shall be forever kept and maintained by the City and shall be known as the Sidney Public Library and Reading Room.
