1042.37 LIABILITY OF CITY FOR INTERRUPTIONS IN SERVICE.

The City shall in no manner be liable for any damage caused by shutting off the supply of water of any consumer while the system, or any part thereof, is undergoing repairs, or caused by the freezing of the main or the breaking of any pipe or service cock, or by a shortage of water due to accident, to circumstances over which the City has no control or to an act of God.
