1042.35 REPORTS OF LEAKS, CHAPTER VIOLATIONS, ETC.

It shall be the duty of the Chief of Police or any other person acting with police authority to report to the City Manager all cases of leakage of water or waste of the same and all violations of this chapter or any other ordinance relating to the water system of the City coming to their knowledge, and they shall enforce the observance of such water ordinances so far as they have authority to do so.
