1042.33 CONTAMINATING CITY SUPPLY.

No person shall place in, near or around the reservoir, catch basins or any other part of the waterworks system of the City any dirt, filth or impure substance or any substance or fluid by which the water is rendered impure, unpalatable or dangerous for human or animal consumption.
