1042.28 NOTICE WHEN CONSUMER SELLS OR REMOVES FROM PREMISES OR WHEN PREMISES DESTROYED.

If any water consumer sells, disposes of or removes from the premises where service is furnished or if the premises is destroyed by fire or other casualty, he shall at once so inform the City Manager, who shall cause the water service to be shut off to the premises. If such consumer fails to give such notice, he shall be charged for all water used on the premises until the City Manager is otherwise advised of such change.
