1042.19 SETTING AND SEALING METERS.

Water meters shall be so set that the dial or face of the meter is easily accessible to the meter reader when reading or testing the same. All meters shall be sealed and no person shall deface, injure or break any seal unless authorized to do so by the City Manager.
