1042.02 DUTIES GENERALLY OF CITY MANAGER.

The City Manager shall be responsible for the economic operation and prudent management of the water plant and system, pump house, machinery and appliances used in connection with producing and distributing water to inhabitants of the City under the general direction of the Mayor and Council.
