1034.13 INTERFERENCE WITH TREE BOARD.

No person shall prevent, delay or interfere with the Tree Board, or any of its representatives or agents, while engaged in the planting, cultivating, mulching, pruning, spraying or removing of any public street, park or other tree on public grounds, as authorized in this chapter.
