1034.05 STREET OR PARK TREES OBSTRUCTING PUBLIC WAYS.

A street or park tree which, by its habit of growth, will obstruct, restrict or conflict with the necessary and safe use of the streets, avenues, alleys or other public ways of the City, is prohibited.
