As used in this chapter:
(a) "Park trees" means trees in public parks or on other City property.
(b) "Private trees" means all trees within the City boundaries but not owned by the City.
(c) "Public trees" means all street right-of-way, park, cemetery and other trees owned by the City.
(d) "Street trees" means trees lying within the City right of way of all streets and avenues within the City.
