1024.05 ORDER AND NOTICE TO WIDEN, REPLACE OR RECONSTRUCT.

Whenever the Mayor and Council deem it necessary that an old sidewalk be widened, replaced or reconstructed, they shall order the same to be done and the City Manager shall give notice in the manner and form provided in Section 1024.02 to widen, replace or reconstruct the same within thirty days from and after such notice.
