1020.02 GRADES ESTABLISHED.

The grades of streets, sidewalks and crosswalks of the City are hereby established as set forth in the survey and field notes of R.M. Jolly, former City Engineer, heretofore made by order of the local governing body of the City, and now on file in the office of the Clerk-Treasurer, which field notes, survey and map are incorporated by reference in this section the same as though copied at full length herein.
