856.09 EFFECTIVE PERIOD OF PERMITS; RENEWAL.

All permits shall be due and payable on the first day of May of each year and all permits shall expire on April 30 following issuance. After the initial approval of a permit by Council for a specific location, renewal of such permit may be made for one year by application to the City Clerk.
