Any permit issued pursuant to this chapter may be suspended or revoked by Council, after notice, for any of the following causes:
(a) Fraud, misrepresentation or a false statement contained in the application for the permit;
(b) A violation of this chapter or any of the provisions of these Codified Ordinances;
(c) Conduct of the business permitted under this chapter in an unlawful manner or in such a way as to constitute a menace to the health or safety of the public;
(d) Failure or refusal to move personal property from the permitted property immediately upon request, or temporary removal by a person listed in Section 856.06(b); or
(e) Upon demand of Council.
