810.21 TRANSFER AND TERM OF PERMITS.

A permit issued under this chapter shall be transferable upon the written application of the holder of the permit to Council and -with its consent endorsed thereon. A permit may be granted at any time during the year and, unless previously revoked, shall expire one calendar year following the date of issue.
