810.18 PERMIT APPLICATION GENERALLY.
   Each application for a permit required by this chapter shall be in writing, upon a form provided by the Clerk-Treasurer and filed with the Clerk-Treasurer. It shall state the name and address of the applicant and contain a description of the property whereon or wherein it is proposed to conduct a recreational campground. It shall also contain such other information as Council may require.
