810.16 ENFORCEMENT OF CHAPTER BY CITY MANAGER.

It shall be the duty of the City Manager to enforce all of the provisions of this chapter and, for the purpose of securing enforcement thereof, the City Manager and his duly authorized representatives shall have the right and are hereby authorized to enter upon the premises of any recreational campground within the City to inspect the same and all accommodations connected therewith.
