810.08 GARBAGE RECEPTACLES.

There shall be provided in every recreational campground such number of tight receptacles with closely fitting metal covers for garbage, refuse, ashes and rubbish as may be deemed necessary by the City Manager. Such garbage receptacles shall at all times be maintained in a clean and sanitary condition.
