808.32 VIOLATIONS.

When the City Engineer, the City Inspector, the Fire Chief or the Chief of Police finds that any person is carrying on any activity in violation of any of the provisions of this chapter, he shall order such activity to cease until the offender complies with such provisions. No person shall renew such activity when so ordered to stop until this chapter has been complied with and the City Engineer, the City Inspector, the Fire Chief or the Chief of Police has so found and given permission for such renewed activity.
