808.06 PERMIT T(7 DRILL ADDITIONAL WELLS.

It shall be within the power of Council, by proper enactment, to permit the drilling of additional wells on the drilling blocks created by this chapter. Regardless of any increase in the number of wells that may later be authorized to be drilled on any drilling block as created hereunder, the size of the drilling block shall not be reduced.
