660.08 ABANDONED REFRIGERATORS AND AIRTIGHT CONTAINERS.

No person shall leave outside of any building any abandoned, junked or discarded refrigerator, freezer or other container of any kind which has a snap-locked airtight door, without first removing the snap-lock or the door.
